I've taken yoga classes at Bodyworks, it's a fabulous studio and you've done an amazing job with their website. I don't know why anyone would want to rely on an IT person to make changes to their website or blog. Training your clients is such an empowering gift. Great job! Someday when I grow up to be a big blog, I want to hire you : )

Actually, Lee, if you moved your site to WordPress you wouldn't need an "SEO package;" WordPress is built upon content, and when you use your site as a WordPress content management system (CMS), you get a lot of search engine "goodies" built in. This is especially true if you use the blog function to post regularly (sales, events, product launches, etc. in your case). Additionally, there are some fantastic SEO plugins built for WordPress that are excellent at helping your site get good organic search results. And those plugins are generally no cost, open source tools that you won't have to pay an SEO company for. Lastly, site designers who know how to create a WordPress site that has good functionality and functions as a marketing tool for you would automatically include those SEO plugins for you. If you have further questions, feel free to email me via my Contact Page, and good luck!! Now go out there and conquer your world!! :) Girl Friday

Will I be able to change what I have, because the web "designer" did not insert the titles, keywords, or meta tags I sent them, and now wants me to pay more for these "additions" calling it an SEO package. They are deliberately evasive in order to sell add-ons one expects to be included.

edit: I've redesigned this site again!! Aug. 2011 the site was built using Builder, with a Child Theme called "Scooter" that I customized quite a bit.

this site was created with Builder, using the "Fire" Child Theme. I've completely changed the theme's original layout and the only thing the site retains is the very basic navigation structure.
